National Library Week

Join us the week of April 12-18, 2009 for National Library Week. Kids there isn't any school on Monday, so stop in and make a cool bookmark. Tuesday is "Fine Free Day". You can return those overdue items without having to pay the fine!!! Wednesday is "Our Patrons are Treasures" Day. We will be giving out chocolate nuggets. Friday and Saturday we will be having Open House with cookies, coffee, punch and helium balloons for the kids. Stop in and see what the excitement all about. Get your own Library card for Free!

Family Movie

Come to the North Fairfield Library on Saturday, April 11th, to see The Tale of Despereaux. The movie will show at 12:00 noon. The Library provides the popcorn, you may bring a drink with a twist on lid.

Kid Tales Storytime

Kids Tales Storytime is for children 18 months to 4 years. Come to the Library on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday (April 14th & 28th) at 10:30am for 30 minutes of fun stories, poems, songs and fingerplays. Contact the Library at 419-744-2285.

Family Movie

The North Fairfield Public Library is showing the movie "Bolt" on Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 12:00pm. The movie is rated PG and is 96 minutes long. The Library provided the popcorn, you may bring a drink with a twist on lid.

Celebrate Dr. Seuss Birthday

Celebrate Dr. Seuss birthday at the North Fairfield Public Library on Saturday, March 7th. Stop in anytime between 10:00am and 1:00pm for crafts and fun. Call the Library at 419-744-2285 with questions.

February activities

It is still cold and snowy, but the Library is the place to go to get movies, books and CDs. South Central schools are closed on Friday, Feb 13th and the North Fairfield Library is making Valentines' crafts and cards. Stop in between 12:00 and 4:00pm and take home a home-made Valentine for your sweetheart. You can also try to solve the Presidents' Day serarch the word and win candy.

Remember Sign Language Club is on Wednesday's at 4:00pm and Book Swap and Coffee is Friday mornings at 9:00am. Mark your calendars for the next movie showing at the Library on Saturday, February 21st at 12:30pm. We will show the popular High School Musical 3, it is 100 minutes long and is rated G.
